    5/5 Food 4/5 Customer Service 3/5 Wait Times and Ordering Time 4/5 Ambiance and Decor Very fresh, authentic, and delicious pasta handmade and imported from Bologna, Italy. The best Italian pasta by far in Southern CA. You can really taste the difference! I've visited every UOVO location in California, except for the Marina del Rey location, and the pasta dishes, menu, and customer service are practically the same quality at each location. Our go-to dishes are: Tonnarelli Pomodoro 'Semplice', Tagliatelle Ragu, and the UOVO Take-Home Pasta Kit (Tonnarelli Pomodoro) to make on-your-own on a later night. UOVO pastas and ingredients are such high-quality and authentic, handmade Italian cuisine that is just uncomparable to other Italian restaurants. Check it out, and you'll understand the long wait times and the raves; but, it is soooo worth the wait to try the real deal from Bologna, Italy! Buon mangiare!

    So good. The pasta here is fresh and the flavors are all great. The cacio e pepe is definitely the move. Side mushrooms were also super flavorful. 16% on all checks but no tipping.

    Came on a Saturday right when they opened. We got "the regional" tasting menu ($34/person) which came with battuta di carne, ragú, tortellini, amatriciana, and tiramisu al cucchiaio. These are full sized plates for two people to share. The pasta was cooked perfectly, but the sauce for the tortellini was a bit salty from the Parmesan cream sauce. Of the 3 pastas, the ragú was our favorite. They provided great service, and I loved that they paced out the serving. They would only serve the next dish after you were done with the current one so your food came out fresh and hot. They're also a no tipping establishment, but there's an automatic 16% fee charge to the bill, which is very reasonable. The total came out to be $87, which I thought was pretty good for the amount of food we got and the different dishes we got to try!

    Food was delicious, ambiance was beautiful/romantic, and service was great! The prices are honestly very reasonable for what the food was. Flavor of everything was great. Will definitely come again!
